NOTES:
1 - Each post needs to bring copies of the following 2023 ANOTESnnual Reports to the Packet pick up:
Consolidate Post report, Children and Youth Report, Post Service Officer (VSO) report, Post Officer Report, Annual Data Sheet, and the National Post Officer form. There will be copies available to complete.
2 – Membership packets will be available during the Department convention. July 12, 13, 14, and 15, 2023
3 – SAL packets were not sent to the District Membership director. Call the SAL director in your district before calling the department if you have any questions.
4 – Posts having any questions on the number of members listed on the Roster from the department be aware that the roster may not contain the names of your PUFL’s, and their membership cards may not be in the packet. The PUFL cards are sent directly to the PUFL’s by National.
5 – PUFL cards are sent directly to PUFL’s, and they may or may not show on the roster that you get with your packet.
